Good morning, I'm Gale Meier, I purchased an windshield from you recently, I LOVE it, it has been installed and fits my car perfectly,40 Ford 2dr.sdn.,CHOPPED. The car is in paint and I'm just getting started putting it back together. I will send you photos when its together, plans are to be driving it next summer. I have been friends with Dee Wescott for over 50 years and he wants to see it also. I would surmise that with the Fish emblem on your business card that you know the Lord, and He gives direction in your [His] business, as He does in ours.

Life has always been likened to a journey. Most of us have a journey through life that when looked upon, puts a smile on our face. Part of my life's journey recently took me to San Luis Obispo, CA, to replace my windshield with a curved , one piece replacement in our '37 Ford. After giving it much thought, I decided to take it to Jefferis Hot Rod Glass where windshield was purchased. After a number of delays and rescheduling on my part, early one morning I started on my 5 hour trip with the '37 in the trailer. After being greeted by owners, Tom and Lea Jefferis, who first offered breakfast to me, it was determined that this was not going to be an easy installation due to the previous engineering of the windshield frame. Tom surveyed the situation began a long and tedious surgical procedure to removed unneeded steel angle iron. Tom sanded, primed and finish-coated the repaired frame to be certain that no rust could start behind or under the glass. Installing the new frame for the glass, which was designed by and manufactured by Jefferis, was the next step. Now the big moment!! With his wife, Lea's assistance, Tom very carefully set the new glass in the frame. What happened next was like a surgeon removing the bandages from a plastic surgery patient. Uncovered was a newer, improved version of my '37, all thanks to the wonderful, caring, professional, family operated business of Jefferis Hot Rod Glass. Was it worth the trip? Absolutely!
